Return & Exchange Policy

At Jashn by Preeti, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, as our pieces are handcrafted with care.
However, we offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:
• The request must be made within 3 days of delivery
• Size exchange only, subject to availability
• Product must be unused, with tags and original packaging

Email us at admin@jashnbypreeti.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Slight variations in color or handwork are not considered defects and reflect the handmade nature of our garments.
